Cool your milk without electricity. A water hose attaches to the top of the unit and the flow is controlled by the ball valve. Water flows through the tubing in the milk can and comes up into the dome of the lid. The water flow in the dome turns the paddle in the can, stirring the milk. Then the water exits through all the tiny holes around the outside of the dome and runs down the outside of your milk can, cooling the milk from the outside too.
